AFTER YOUR SESSION: NAVIGATING YOUR PHOTO GALLERY
Depending on the type of session, the turnaround time for your images may vary, as outlined here. After the session, I meticulously go through each photo, applying color edits to give you a glimpse of the final look. Please note that the gallery preview does not include retouching of skin, extending backdrop, etc. Once the images are processed, they are uploaded to an online gallery, and a link is sent to you via email. The gallery displays a preview of all the images. I recommend viewing it on a computer for a better perspective. These images are watermarked to prevent screenshots.
HOW TO SELECT YOUR PHOTOS
Under each image is the outline of a heart. Once you click that heart it means you are favoriting the image. When you click your gallery link it will have a popup and you type in your email. This will create a favorites list. I recommend that you go through the whole gallery once and view each image individually and click the heart of ALL the images you like.
Once you go through the whole gallery scroll to the top and you will see four icons (CART, FAVORITES, SHARE, SLIDESHOW). Click on favorites then click on “my favorites” and it will take you to a page that has all of your hearted images. You can see all your images and narrow it down if you want to.
HOW TO SEND ME YOUR PHOTO SELECTIONS / PURCHASE EXTRAS
If you've selected the exact amount included in your session, click "Share," then "Send to Photographer" to send me your selections and you are done! If you've chosen more than your package includes, visit the pricing page, and if you wish to purchase additional images, please contact me for an invoice.
Once you share your selections, it takes some days to receive your final images, as indicated in the turnaround time. I add your selections to my editing list, and if you have any editing requests, let me know. Once editing is complete, I'll upload them to a new gallery, sending it to you via email, and this gallery will be unwatermarked and downloadable.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS IN THE BEST QUALITY
For optimal quality, I recommend downloading on a computer. In the email, click the "View Photos" button, then follow the instructions below:
On a phone: Top right, click the three dots, then click download, enter your email, and follow the instructions.
On a computer: Click the down arrow on the top right, enter your email, and follow the instructions. Ensure you download before the expiry date mentioned in the email.
WHERE TO PRINT YOUR PHOTOS
If you plan to print your images, I suggest using a professional lab (not Walmart/Walgreens). Most labs will request a print release to ensure you have permission to print professional images; you can find the print release form here. If you encounter any issues with your lab, feel free to contact me. I recommend using www.mpix.com for printing. I cannot guarantee how prints will come out, as labs use different printers.
